...Let's Begin Here
For a non-technologist, computer science appears to be a mysterious riddle with no beginning or end point. Do you want to talk about logic? IF statements, AND statements, OR statements, and so on appear to be infant arithmetic. It made me question its relevance to real-world tasks, but I nevertheless learned it despite having no idea what it was about.
After college, I became acquainted with the concepts of value creation. The value that people generate makes life easier. Cars have reduced the need to overwork oneself on foot routes. Value has introduced electricity to make daily activities more efficient without the need to hit pebbles for lighting. The list goes on - nearly everything around us is made possible by solutions to life's issues.
The necessity to be a solution provider became evident to me throughout my search to understand my life's purpose and what value I might provide humanity. This journey inspired me to give back to the world rather than rely on others to provide solutions for me.
My Use Case
Found it! Then came a slew of applications. How will this passion affect my immediate community? In what ways may I assist the grassroots in my community? Then I began investigating because I wanted to be a part of the long-term answer. Boom! It seemed to me that "digitisation is the new economy." This gave me the idea that I could deliver digital solutions to rural communities that are less financially inclusive. According to polls, many residents do not utilize financial software due to interface issues that appear to be of a high level.
With a background in finance, I chose to create user-friendly banking software with built-in tours. The goal was now more evident. Finance with a technology twist seems intriguing. I discovered blockchain while exploring the web and discovered it to be the greatest building on blockchain technology because of its security.
Leveling Up
I looked for learning platforms and materials to help me improve my programming skills. I began with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript before moving on to React, Solidity, and Reach. Participated in hackathons to put my skills to the test, took programming quizzes and tests, participated in software engineering internships, guided novices based on my experience, and joined the developers community for support and connection with other developers. This is how I was encouraged to become a developer, and the path has been rewarding.
